I don’t see the updates to my job after uploading my imports. What happened?
Your imports may still be processing
At times, you may experience delays in your import processing due to backed up queues from a large number of concurrent imports across the application.
In the imports table, once your file has been successfully processed, the import status will say ‘Complete’
Automations
I have met all the conditions, why are my automations not firing?
Ensure that your automations are published and active
Whenever you make edits to existing automations or create new ones, do not forget to click “Publish Changes”.
Your automation usage log may show failed actions. Here are some common reasons why:
You may have status gating transition rules in place that were not met.
Click View to see what conditions were not met.
Your automation may be trying to complete a job that still has open tasks.
Your automation may be trying to make updates on a completed job or task
This may occur if you have multiple actions on the same job or task. over.vu fires these actions in a random order.
