Following our previous updates to color - we've adjusted the font and stylization of a few text areas for consistency.
Export Data (for Workflow & Assets)
An Export option has been added to the top of Document/Asset Tables to allow users to export data from over.vu for further analysis or review. Users can select rows or export records from the current view. The exported file will be .xlxs with columns that match the current view.
Maximum rows per export:
Workflow: 100,000
Assets: 10,000

Add Variables to Selection Fields via Import
Importing to create Fields (at all levels) has been improved to allow the addition of new variables for Selection Fields. Users can insert new variables to an existing field by adding the new options to the Import column, "Variable".
Duplicate values will be skipped
CSV Template with Fields List can be downloaded to pull Field Names from the current open template (or Field Level).
Supporting .tiff Files (for upload)
Tag Image File Formats (or .tiff files) can now be uploaded to over.vu applications. These files will display a File Thumbnail (if applicable) in Gallery View.
Workflow
Configuration
General Tab
A new "General" tab has been added to Configuration that contains general project settings. Users can set system preferences or adjust Project details.
Project Icon: Projects can now upload an image to display as their icon
Lock Form Input
This is a toggleable option that disables updates to Documents in 'New' status and prevents editing a Document Form unless the user is assigned to the Document.
To maintain Project Admin control, the 'Modify' permission in Manager has been updated to allow users to edit Forms even if the toggle is turned on.
Note: It is highly recommended by Support to leverage Roles with Modify permissions for those who need exceptions, rather than disabling the entire feature.
Document Templates
General Tabs will be shown on Document Templates which allow users to update Template Name, Template Description, and Template Identifier Key.
Users & Roles
Users and Roles tabs have also been added to assist in User Management from within a project. Users can be added to projects and Manager's roles can now be created, adjusted, and applied from within Workflow.
over.vu Manager can still be used for Users and Roles
Conditional Formatting by Column
Users can now apply conditions to columns to highlight cells with color. Set conditions to make certain data points stand out when viewing Document Tables.
Simple format style contains default colors from over.vu
Advanced format style shows a color picker and allows Hex color codes
Displaying Job Data on Task Tables
We're updating the Task Table UI to include more Job Fields. Projects/Users can now select Job Fields (system and custom) to display on their Task Tables. When selecting columns on the Task Table, it will now be sectioned into Task Fields and Job Fields.
Available Filtering: Job ID, Job Type, Job Name, Job Status, Job Assignee
Available Sorting: Job ID, Job Type, Job Name
Long Text fields will still be excluded
Saved Views - Column Sizing
Resized column widths on Table Views will now be maintained if the view is saved (personal or Project).
Quick Search
We've implemented a Global Search menu option which allows Users to more easily search for any Document within the open project.
Available Search Options:
Doc ID, Job Name, Task Name, External ID
Search will only display a maximum of 20 Documents, but clicking the 'See All Results' will show a full Table View of matching results.
Filter by [This User]
New filterable option has been added to the Assignee system field - "This User". This option references the user that is logged in and viewing the table which helps teams set dynamic Project views for assigned work.
Automation Action Improvement - Target Task Documents
We're expanding Automation Actions to now include options to target other Task Documents for Automations when an Event begins from a Task. This update helps support workflows where Tasks within the same Job are interdependent.

Event Task
Modify Task Module Configuration
Configuration options have been added to Task Modules in Job Documents. Users can now adjust the organization of columns to display more information about Tasks within a Job. Drag and move fields similarly to Page Layouts for Document Templates.

Task Template Names are displayed as Sections on the left-hand side
Condition Logic on Task Fields - Reference Job Fields
Users can now select Job Reference and Header fields (if applicable) when applying Conditional Logic to fields within a Task document. This improvement gives more control and flexibility to Project Teams for Job fields.
Tasks do not need use Inheritance of Reference or Header fields to select Job Fields for logic.

Manager
New & Updated Permissions
Role Management
With the addition of User Management to Workflow, we've created a new permission to directly affect the new change to help ensure only high-level Admins can make user adjustments to a Project.
Export Table
We've created a unique permission for the Export Data feature to assist Projects in directly managing who can download their data.
This permission has also been added to Asset roles.
Update & Modify
We've made a few updates to our 'Update' and 'Modify' permission toggles to support the new Lock Form Input setting from Workflow. These changes help to maintain control for Admin users.
Modify permission has been upgraded to include the permissions from 'Update' and Users with the permission can edit documents even if Form Locking is applied in a Project.
Import Global Fields
Global Fields now supports Importing for creating a large amount of new fields or modifying variables for Selection Fields.
