Document History

History is a view that displays all changes applied to a Document. Multiple changes within a Job/Task will display each change as an individual entry.

Users can access a Document's history by clicking on the History icon located within the sidepanel.

  1. Action

    1. Types: Create, Update, Upload, Delete, Email Initiated, Email Sent

  2. Details

    1. User Name [Action] [Item]

      1. [Action] Types: created, updated, uploaded, deleted, generated, initiated, sent

      2. [Item] Types:

        1. Displayed as Pills and displays the name of the Item (if applicable)

          1. Assignee

          2. Field

          3. File (File, Name, Caption)

          4. Name

          5. Status

          6. Task

          7. Document Template

          8. Email Template

            1. Name will not be displayed if sent without a template

  3. More Info: Click this to view the specific change applied

    1. (For Emails) Preview Email: Click this to view email content

    2. (For Emails) Preview Recipients: Click this to view email recipients

  4. [Item] Change

    1. Displays the previous and new information

      1. Template Update

        1. Logs an update to the Document's configuration

          1. Happens automatically for open documents
